Road Grader Operator safefty Precaution
1. Always wear personal protective equipment, including hard hat, gloves, safety shoes and hi-visibility clothing.
2. Perform a complete inspection of the machine before operation and do not operate a defective machine.
3. Securely fasten all controls and do not adjust them while the machine is in motion.
4. Maintain proper clearance between the blade and all adjacent parts of the machine.
5. Ensure that all the necessary tools, parts and material required to operate and maintain the grader are in working condition and on the machine before beginning operations.
6. Drive at a slow speed and never operate the machine without its load or while towing a trailer.
7. Do not operate the machine while carrying passengers and never move people using the blade as a transporter.
